This workshop provides a framework for understanding the different types of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and their characteristics. A focus is placed on Autism, P.D.D.N.O.S. and Asperger Syndrome. Information on Rett's Disorder and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder is also presented. Parents/caregivers receive information about diagnosis and current trends in Autism research.
