Foundation 1 B - Introduction to Asperger Syndrome

This session will provide an overview of the common characteristics of Asperger Syndrome (AS). Discussion will highlight both the strengths and challenges experienced by individuals with AS. Learning characteristics and the differences between Autism and Asperger Syndrome will be examined, and the impact that AS has on both the diagnosed individual and the people around them will also be discussed.
