Welcome to RWA Works, a resource hub for Canadian businesses who are looking to tap into the benefits of an inclusive workplace. RWA Works is available on demand, providing resources to support businesses in hiring employees with an intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder. RWA Works is pleased to offer a series of introductory level courses that cover a variety of topics on inclusive employment. Upon completion, participants will have an enhanced sense of confidence and capacity to hire candidates with an intellectual disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder and work within an inclusive workplace.

RWA Works was developed independently from Geneva Centre for Autism, through the Ready, Willing and Able (RWA) initiative. Funded by the Government of Canada's Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities and active in 20 communities across the country, RWA is a national partnership initiative of the Canadian Association for Community Living and Canadian Autism Spectrum Disorders Alliance and their member organizations.
